What we do
Talks that invite everyone in.
Friendly, engaging sessions combining music, history, stories and shared experiences in care homes and hospitals across England.
Remember.
Share. No test. No pressure. Just time together.
The experience
A shared journey through a theme or era.
Each talk is planned as a welcoming, participatory experience. A presenter brings a subject to life using familiar music, interesting history and prompts for conversation. People can take part in whatever way feels right.
Approximately one hour
A comfortable length for a group session.
Multi-sensory and varied
Music, words, images and conversation keep the experience lively.
Conversation, not recollection tests
There are no right answers and no one is put on the spot.
Created for real settings
Suitable for communal spaces in care homes and hospitals.
The possibilities
Stories are everywhere.
As our programme grows, talks can explore the cultural touchstones that bring a room together.
Examples show the kinds of themes the project may develop; the programme is currently in its inception phase.
